Introduction
There are 3 levels of privilege in Tribeloo
Regular users: can manage their reservations, find colleagues and see who's in when.
Site administrators: manage one or more sites, where they have access to all the reservations of users for that site, and can manage resources and the users and their rights to book those for the sites they are managing.
These are typically office managers or reception people.Global administrators: can manage all the sites like a site administrator, can create and delete sites and configure SSO and Automatic User provisioning. These are typically IT people.
Site administrators can give Site administrator privileges to the sites they manage, and Global administrators can additionally give somebody Global administrator privileges.
Configuring Site Administrators
Site administrators can give Site Administrator privileges for the sites managed by them to other users. Global administrators can give Site Administrator privileges for any site to any user.
Go to Admin->User management->Site admins
Select the site for which you want to add Site Administrators
Users in the left column are site administrators for the selected site, click on the red (-) in front of their name to remove them.
Users in the right column can be made Site Administrator by clicking on the green (+) in front of their name. You can use the search box to find users.
Configuring Global Administrators
Global administrators can give Global Administrator privileges to any user that is already a Site Administrator.
Go to Admin->User management->Global admins
Users in the left column are Global Administrators, click on the red (-) in front of their name to remove them.
Users in the right column can be made Global Administrator by clicking on the green (+) in front of their name. You can use the search box to find users.
