When reserving workspace resources, our platform lets you invite your colleagues so you can easily work together on projects, plan when you'll be at the office, and enhance collaboration.
1. Initiate Your Booking
Begin by making your standard booking. Upon reaching the confirmation screen, you will encounter an option labeled "Invite a Colleague".
2. Invoking the Invite Feature
Click on the "Invite a Colleague" button and utilize the search field to locate your colleagues' work email addresses.
3. Adding Colleagues:
Add as many colleagues as desired by selecting their respective email addresses from the search results.
4. Dispatching Invitations
Click the "Send Invite" button. An email containing a link will be dispatched to all the listed colleagues, facilitating their ability to easily book adjacent spaces.
Edit or Add Colleagues
To modify your invites or add more colleagues, access the "My Bookings" section and utilize the "Edit Invite" function.
